thank you! i started by working out an hour and 20 minutes everyday (just cardio) and eating as healthy as possible. at the beginning i didnt count calories but it became a must when i started to reach the last kgs. im vegetarian but i dont think that had anything to do with the weight loss because i went vegetarian a year ago before losing the weight and that year was the one where i gained
